Return & Refund Policy

At 2 Rose Ranch Doodles & Homestead, our commitment to every puppy lasts a lifetime. If, at any point, you find that you are no longer able to care for your puppy, we ask that you contact us immediately. We will always welcome one of our puppies back rather than have them surrendered to a shelter or rehomed without our knowledge.

We understand that life circumstances can change unexpectedly. Whether due to illness, family changes, financial hardship, or other unforeseen events, we will work with each family to determine the best path forward.

Reservation Fee:
The initial $500 reservation fee is non-refundable, as it reserves a specific puppy and removes that puppy from consideration by other families.

Returns & Refunds:
If a puppy is returned, any refund beyond the non-refundable reservation fee will be considered only after the puppy has been successfully placed with a new approved family. The refund amount will be based on the puppy's new placement fee, less the non-refundable reservation fee and any reasonable expenses incurred while the puppy is back in our care. These expenses may include, but are not limited to, veterinary care, vaccinations, grooming, food, training, transportation, marketing, or other costs associated with preparing the puppy for placement.

Because every situation is unique, refunds are not issued at the time of return. Once the puppy has been placed with a new family and all applicable expenses have been finalized, any eligible refund will be processed promptly.

Our first priority has always been and will always be the health, safety, and well-being of every puppy we raise. We are grateful when families communicate openly with us, and we are committed to working together to ensure each puppy finds the home that is the best fit for both the puppy and the family.
